Now that you’ve spent some time online, talk a walk outdoors. The vitamin D from the sun is, in itself, one of the most healing things you can do. While you’re outside, take your shoes off and feel the grass or the sand beneath your feet. Why? It’s called Earthing, and it is a very healing exercise.
